We have our hot tub in operation all year round! Enjoy the star-filled night sky under white lights, or ocean views by day.

The newly built private deck has plenty of room for you and your guests to BBQ while enjoying the view.
Work Remotely in NL
For those looking to work AND enjoy the view, we’ve set up a designated work space within our main area for you to work when needed.

We provide bed linens, towels, dish towels, and starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent (etc.). Need more info? Just ask!
Coffee Maker and Kettle
Yes! We have a Keurig coffee maker! We’ll provide a few starter pods as well. We also have a new kettle & some traditional Tetley tea bags to get you started.
Free WiFi
We provide free WiFi for guests wishing to connect to their loved ones or work remotely.
Self-Check-In
We have a keypad lock on our front door that you can use to conveniently arrive at your own pace.
Hiking Trails
Burnt Cove is a great location for hikers looking to try out the East Coast Trail system, with LaManche Trail being only a short distance away.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. on the day of guest arrival. A keyless entry code will be provided for entry approximately one day prior to arrival.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out for Beth’s Beach House Newfoundland accommodation is 11:00 a.m. on the day of guest departure.
HOUSE RULES
– No smoking inside any property structures or hot tub
– Please see the hot tub rules located alongside the hot tub
– No pets due to allergies and possible damage
– No parties or events.
– Our property can accommodate up to six adults maximum.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
